A Raiz é história, é paladar, é cultura

Produzida em Moçambique, a Raiz é um empreendimento da ONG Reviva, no setor alimentício, com fabricação manual e produção total feminina.

Inicialmente, a Raiz produz tapioca, o processo é feito inteiramente por mulheres, elas descascam a mandioca, limpam, ralam, hidratam, secam, torram e embalam. Além disso, também são responsáveis por toda a logística de entrega do produto.

O consumo do produto também gera educação e água potável em Moçambique, pois é distribuído em comércios locais. A mandioca é orgânica, livre de aditivos químicos e outros agrotóxicos.
